Project Submission Form

You've had your project accepted and you've read through our Pattern Submission guidelines and now you're ready to submit your final project files! If you have a question, please email Kristy.

Please ensure you have the following items uploaded to your Dropbox (preferred), Google Drive or online fileshare program before you fill out the form: 

1. Your step-by-step instructions filled out on our Pattern Template and saved as a word document file

2. A minimum of four quilt photos in high res (full size)

3. At least one portrait style photo to be used as your pattern cover

4. Step-by-step photos on a clear background (if required)

5. Diagrams in .jpg or .png format (if required)

6. Templates in .pdf format (if required)

7. A profile photo of yourself
